How it Works

Diagnose your Trustpilot profile in 60 seconds

Most Trustpilot guides tell you to "collect more reviews". This tool diagnoses where you actually have problems. Enter 6 numbers from your Trustpilot dashboard and get a 0-100 health score plus per-dimension recommendations sorted by impact.

Pull your numbers from Trustpilot

Total review count, current TrustScore, reviews collected in the last 12 months, percentage of negative reviews you replied to, percentage of reviews with the green Verified badge, and how many months you've been collecting. All visible in your Trustpilot business dashboard.

Run the audit

The tool scores each dimension and combines into a 0-100 health score. Each dimension is weighted (volume = 25 pts, score = 25 pts, recency = 20 pts, response rate = 15 pts, verified ratio = 15 pts).

Read the recommendations

Each dimension shows your current status (good, warning, critical) with a specific recommendation. Focus on the lowest-scoring dimensions first — they're where you have the most room to grow.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

What is a good Trustpilot profile health score?
Above 75 is excellent: your profile is a real asset. 50-75 is solid with room to grow: focus on the 1-2 lowest-scoring dimensions. Below 50 means structural issues: probably either volume (too few reviews) or response rate (you ignore negative reviews) or both.
Why are these the 5 dimensions?
Volume insulates you against any single review. Score is the headline metric customers see. Recency keeps your TrustScore from fading (Trustpilot down-weights old reviews). Response rate signals you care to future readers (and lifts new positive reviews 12% per Proserpio & Zervas 2017). Verified ratio is the trust signal that distinguishes real customers from invisible ones.
My score is low. Where do I start?
Always the lowest-scoring dimension first. The impact-to-effort ratio is highest there. If volume is your weak point, see our 9-tactic collection playbook. If response rate is the gap, see our L.A.S.T. response guide. If recency is the issue, you stopped collecting and need to restart.
How do I run this automatically over time?
This is a manual self-audit. To track these dimensions automatically and get alerts when any drops below threshold, Reviewz.ai includes an audit dashboard that monitors all 5 dimensions weekly and notifies you on Slack/email when something needs attention.
