How it Works

Generate 3 review responses in seconds

Paste a review, set the rating, customer name, and product. The tool detects sentiment automatically (positive, neutral, or negative) and generates 3 response variants per tone using the L.A.S.T. framework. The negative-review responses adapt to the specific issue detected (defect, shipping, service, expectations, suspected fake).

Paste the review and set the basics

Customer first name, star rating (1-5), the product or service mentioned, and your sign-off name. The tool uses these to personalize the response.

Pick the tone

Founder voice (warm, personal, signed by you), formal team voice (professional, customer-service style), or casual (friendly, conversational). Switch tones to compare without re-running.

Get 3 variants per tone

Each generation produces 3 different responses so you can pick the one that fits your brand voice best. One-click copy to paste into Trustpilot, Google, Judge.me, or wherever you respond.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Is this actually AI or template-based?
Hybrid. Sentiment detection uses a lexicon-based classifier (lookup table of positive and negative words plus rating). Issue detection uses keyword pattern matching (defect, shipping, service, etc.). Response generation uses templates with variable substitution and L.A.S.T. framework structure. The result is more consistent than pure LLM output and runs entirely in your browser with no API calls or data leaving your device.
Can I use these responses on Trustpilot, Google, and Amazon?
Yes, all three. The tool generates platform-agnostic responses. Just paste into the response field on any review platform. Note that Trustpilot has a 100-1000 character limit per response (varies by widget), Google has 4000 characters, Amazon has 5000 for seller responses.
How does this compare to ChatGPT or Claude for review responses?
LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude generate higher-quality, more nuanced responses but require copy-paste between tabs and inconsistent results. This tool is faster (instant), more consistent (always follows L.A.S.T.), and free. For high-stakes responses (CEO replying to a viral 1-star), an LLM is better. For day-to-day volume, this tool is faster.
How do I respond to all my reviews automatically?
Manual response is fine up to ~50 reviews/month. Above that, you need automation. Reviewz.ai includes auto-response with the L.A.S.T. framework + tone detection + customizable templates per platform, plus alerts to your team for reviews that need human review. Combined with NPS pre-filtering, this typically saves 5-10 hours/week.
