Yotpo Pricing 2026: Plans, Cost by Order Volume and Free Plan Limits

Yotpo Reviews pricing in 2026 starts with a free plan for up to 50 orders a month, then Starter from $15 a month and Pro from $119 a month, and both paid plans get more expensive as your order volume grows. On Yotpo's own pricing page, Starter tops out at $129 a month and Pro at $379 a month, while Premium and Enterprise are quoted by sales. Those figures were checked on 4 October 2026 on yotpo.com and on the Shopify App Store listing. The entry price is rarely the one you pay: what decides your bill is how many orders you ship each month.

Quick answer

Short version: Yotpo is cheap under 100 orders a month and climbs quickly after that. Free covers 50 monthly orders. Starter costs $15, $24, $59, $89 or $129 a month depending on volume, and it is no longer offered once you reach 1,000 orders. Pro runs from $119 to $379 a month and is the first plan with Klaviyo, Q&A and Google Seller Ratings. Premium and Enterprise have no public price. Going over your order limit either caps your review requests or bills extra orders through an option called Reviews Booster. Every number below was checked on 4 October 2026.

Yotpo pricing plans at a glance

Yotpo sells three products: Reviews & UGC, Loyalty & Referrals, and an AI visibility product called Discover. This guide covers Reviews & UGC, which is what most Shopify merchants mean when they search for Yotpo pricing. It has five plans.

Yotpo pricing page for Reviews and UGC with the order volume set to 500, showing Starter at 89 dollars and Pro at 169 dollars a month
Yotpo's pricing page on 4 October 2026 with 500 monthly orders entered: Starter at $89, Pro at $169, Premium and Enterprise on quote.

The App Store listing shows the entry prices and an annual option: Starter at $15 a month or $144 a year (20 percent off), and Pro at $119 a month or $1,068 a year (25 percent off). Both plans carry a note that the price changes with order volume, and the listing warns that Yotpo may bill some charges outside your Shopify invoice.

How much does Yotpo cost at your order volume?

Yotpo's pricing page has an order volume field. Type your monthly orders and the Starter and Pro prices change. This is what it returned on 4 October 2026:

Monthly orders enteredStarterPro
Under 100$15$119
100 to 199$24$119
200 to 299$59$119
300 to 599$89$169
600 to 999$129$269
1,000 to 1,999Not offered$269
2,000 to 2,999Not offered$299
3,000 to 3,999Not offered$329
4,000 to 5,999Not offered$379
6,000 and moreNot offeredNot offered, Enterprise quote

Three things stand out in that grid.

The steepest step is at 1,000 orders. A store at 900 orders pays $129 on Starter. At 1,000 orders Starter is greyed out and the cheapest published plan is Pro at $269, which is more than double. Over a year that is $1,548 against $3,228.

Starter nearly quadruples by 200 orders. The plan goes from $15 to $59 a month while your store is still small. That is the range where a flat-priced app is hardest to beat.

The captions round up. Under each price the page prints a volume caption such as up to 250, up to 500 or up to 1,000 orders a month, and those captions do not match the brackets above exactly. Yotpo's help center describes the tiers by number instead: Starter 100 allows 100 automatic review requests a month, Starter 200 allows 200, and so on. Check the exact allowance on the billing screen before you approve the charge.

Is there a Yotpo free plan?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and covers up to 50 monthly orders. According to the feature table on Yotpo's pricing page, it includes automatic review requests and reminders, a review import, the email template library, the reviews widget, star ratings, moderation with a sentiment and profanity check, an SEO page and the reviews dashboard. New accounts also get 200 kick-start credits, which Yotpo's help center describes as extra review requests you can send to past customers during the first month.

What Free leaves out is the list that matters:

  • Photo and video reviews. They start on Starter.
  • Google rich snippets. The markup that makes stars eligible in search results is a Starter feature. Our review schema markup guide explains what that markup does.
  • Removing Yotpo branding, the reviews carousel, review coupons and manual review requests.
  • Human support. The listing gives Free an AI chat assistant.

The help center adds one more limit: Free accounts can send up to 500 outgoing emails a month, counting reminders and orders with several products. For a store under 50 orders that is plenty. If you want a free plan without an order cap, compare the options in our guide to the best free Shopify review apps.

What each paid plan includes

Starter: $15 to $129 a month

Starter is the Free plan plus the features most stores consider basic: photo and video reviews, Google rich snippets, sharing reviews to Google Shopping ads, the reviews carousel, review coupons, product grouping, site reviews, a drag-and-drop email editor and the option to remove Yotpo branding. Email support is added, and live chat stays an AI chatbot. Each Starter tier can send up to 2,000 outgoing emails a month according to the help center.

Pro: $119 to $379 a month

Pro is where Yotpo becomes a marketing tool. It adds Google Seller Ratings, community Q&A, custom questions in the review form, AI review summaries, smart sorting, attribute filters, a media gallery, syndication to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, the Klaviyo and Gorgias integrations, multi-user accounts, reporting templates and 24/7 technical support. Yotpo's shoppable galleries (Visual UGC) are listed on Pro as an add-on for annual plans.

Premium and Enterprise: custom quote

Yotpo does not publish a price for either plan. The pricing page says to contact sales. Premium adds review highlights and smart filters, the advanced CSS editor, a custom display widget, multi-store management, API and webhook access, help desk integrations, AI insights, an onboarding manager and a customer success manager. Retail syndication is listed as an add-on even at this level. Enterprise adds custom API setup, syndication across brands and markets, dedicated security and compliance, and project management. If you run a large catalog on Shopify Plus, our guide to reviews for Shopify Plus and enterprise stores covers what to ask in that sales call.

What triggers an upgrade

In practice, four things push a store up a tier:

  1. Order volume. Every bracket in the grid above is a price increase, and you cross them by growing, not by choosing.
  2. Klaviyo. The Klaviyo integration is a Pro feature. A store at 150 orders that wants review data in its flows goes from $24 to $119 a month. We cover the alternatives in our guide to connecting reviews with Klaviyo.
  3. Q&A and Google Seller Ratings. Both sit on Pro.
  4. Design control, API access and multiple stores. The advanced CSS editor, the custom widget, API access and multi-store management are Premium, so each of them means a sales quote.

Hidden and usage-based costs

Going over your order limit. Yotpo's help center says that if you exceed your monthly order limit, your review request emails are capped until you upgrade or contact support. The alternative is Reviews Booster, available on Starter and Pro: you allow a number of extra orders, set a cap, and pay only for the ones you use. Yotpo's own example bills 10 extra orders on the $15 tier at $0.20 each, so $2 on top of the subscription. The same article says the rate varies by plan, so read it in your account before you switch it on. The details are in Yotpo's Reviews Booster guide.

Charges outside Shopify. The App Store listing states that Yotpo may bill external charges separately from your Shopify invoice. Ask which lines will appear where.

Annual contracts higher up. Yotpo's pricing FAQ describes month-to-month plans for stores that are getting started and annual contracts for brands that want extra service and support. Starter has a self-serve sign-up button. The Pro, Premium and Enterprise buttons on the pricing page lead to a sales form, so expect contract length to be part of that conversation.

Loyalty is a separate product. Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals has its own free plan and paid tiers that start at $199 a month according to the pricing page FAQ. A bundle with Reviews exists, and Yotpo says it costs less than buying the two products separately.

Extra domains. Yotpo supports multiple domains through a customized plan and says additional fees may apply.

Is Yotpo worth it?

It depends on which Yotpo you are buying.

Under 100 orders a month, Starter at $15 is fairly priced. It costs the same as Judge.me's paid plan and gives you photo reviews, rich snippets and Google Shopping.

Between 200 and 1,000 orders, Starter costs $59 to $129 a month for a feature set that flat-priced apps sell for much less. You are paying for the Yotpo ecosystem, and at this size most stores do not use it yet.

Above 1,000 orders, the question changes. Pro at $269 to $379 a month buys Google Seller Ratings, social syndication, Q&A and AI display features in one tool, with Loyalty available from the same vendor. For a brand that will use those, the price is defensible. For a store that only needs stars on product pages and a steady flow of new reviews, it is hard to justify.

Yotpo holds a 4.8 rating from 4,628 merchant reviews on the Shopify App Store, where it has been listed since November 2011. Of those ratings, 92 percent are five stars, and the App Store summary of merchant feedback highlights the support team. The concern we hear most from merchants is the cost of growing with it. If that is yours, our guide to Yotpo alternatives compares the options in detail.

Where Reviewz fits

Reviewz is not a cheaper copy of Yotpo, and it would be dishonest to present it that way. Yotpo is a widget and syndication suite for your product pages. Reviewz is a collection tool: it decides how each customer is asked and where their review goes.

After an order, Reviewz asks every customer for a rating over WhatsApp, SMS and email. Customers who answer 4 or 5 stars are sent to the public site you choose, which can be Trustpilot, Google or Judge.me. Everyone else is offered a private feedback form, so you hear about the problem first. Yotpo's App Store listing names email requests as its collection method, its pricing page adds SMS reminders, and WhatsApp appears on neither. The channel matters more than most stores expect, as our data on the average review submission rate shows.

Reviewz is a Shopify app built by a small team, used by more than 350 stores, with over 300,000 reviews collected. It is free to start. Starter is $59 a month for up to 250 orders, Growth is $119 and Unlimited is $299, all on the pricing page. One setup that works for stores leaving Yotpo is Judge.me at $15 for on-site reviews plus Reviewz for collection. The details are in Reviewz vs Yotpo and in our guide to migrating from Yotpo to Reviewz. If Yotpo's email requests already bring you the reviews you need, you do not need us.
