Stamped Pricing 2026: Reviews Plans, Order Limits and Real Costs

Stamped Reviews pricing in 2026 starts at $23 a month for up to 200 orders, then $99 a month for up to 1,000 orders and $199 a month for up to 5,000 orders. Those are the three Reviews plans on the Shopify App Store listing, checked on 4 October 2026. Stamped's own pricing page continues the scale: $399 for 20,000 orders, $599 for 50,000 and $799 for unlimited orders. There is no free plan any more, and every Reviews plan lists the same features. You pay for order volume and nothing else.

Quick answer

Short version: Stamped is priced only by orders. $23 covers 200 orders a month, $99 covers 1,000 and $199 covers 5,000. Every order counts toward the limit, including the ones that never receive a review request. The listing shows no free plan and mentions no free trial. Loyalty is a separate plan at $299 a month. When you reach your limit, review requests stop and queue until the next month or an upgrade. Every number below was checked on 4 October 2026.

What is Stamped?

Stamped, also known as Stamped.io, is a reviews and retention platform for Shopify stores. Its app, listed today as Stamped Reviews & Loyalty, launched on the Shopify App Store on January 12, 2016. Today the company sells three products, each with its own subscription: Reviews, Loyalty, and Repeat, a tool that automates the messages meant to bring a customer back for a next order. This guide covers Stamped Reviews, with the other two where they affect your bill.

On stamped.io the same prices sit behind a selector. You pick a monthly order volume (200, 1,000, 5,000, 20,000, 50,000 or unlimited) and the page shows the price for Reviews and for Repeat.

One detail can confuse a first read. The FAQ on that same page says plans start at $199 a month for a single product and $798 a month for multi-product access, and it sends smaller or newer brands to the self-serve plans on the Shopify App Store. Read together, the $23 and $99 tiers are the self-serve entry points and $199 is where Stamped's main offer begins.

What each Stamped plan includes

This is the unusual part: the plans do not differ by features. On the App Store, the three Reviews plans list the same four lines, which are in-email review collection, customizable on-site review widgets, integrations with Google, Klaviyo and more, and photo and video collection.

The feature list on stamped.io is a single column for Reviews, with no split by tier. It includes:

  • Collection: product, photo and video reviews, checkout reviews on Shopify, community Q&A, and Net Promoter Score surveys. If you want to compute that score yourself, our free NPS calculator does it.
  • Customization: email sequences, an HTML email editor, a custom sender domain, a widget CSS editor and an advanced layout editor.
  • Marketing: coupons for reviewers, product upsells, social sharing, Google product ratings and Google Seller Ratings.
  • SEO: rich snippets for star ratings and a dedicated reviews page. Our review schema markup guide explains what those snippets need.
  • Management: auto-publish rules, a profanity filter, sentiment analysis, and syndication across multiple stores.

Other suites reserve several of these, such as Q&A, the CSS editor or Google Seller Ratings, for their higher plans. Stamped does not publish any such split. We could not test every feature on the $23 plan, so confirm the ones you depend on in your account during the first billing cycle.

What triggers an upgrade

Only one thing: your order count. That makes the brackets worth a close look.

Monthly ordersPlanMonthly priceCost per order
150Reviews$23about $0.15
250Reviews (1k)$99about $0.40
1,000Reviews (1k)$99about $0.10
1,200Reviews (5k)$199about $0.17
5,000Reviews (5k)$199about $0.04
8,000Reviews, 20,000 orders$399about $0.05

The step that hurts is the first one. Order number 201 moves you from $23 to $99 a month, more than four times the price, or $912 more over a year. The second step, at 1,001 orders, doubles the bill to $199. After that the scale is generous: $199 covers five times the volume of the $99 plan.

How Stamped counts an order matters as much as the bracket. Its billing guide spells out the rules:

  • Every order counts, whether or not a review request is sent for it.
  • Exclusions do not reduce the count. If you exclude half your orders from review requests, all of them still count toward the limit.
  • Other sales channels count too. Orders created elsewhere, the guide gives Amazon as an example, but processed through your store are counted.
  • Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month, while your bill renews every 30 days from the day you subscribed.

A store with 180 online orders and 60 marketplace orders flowing through Shopify is therefore a $99 customer, not a $23 one.

Hidden and usage-based costs

No free plan. Stamped's billing guide states that the free plan has been removed and that a paid plan is required to display reviews in its widgets. The App Store listing shows prices from $23 a month and mentions no free trial.

Requests stop at the limit. Stamped does not describe an overage fee. Instead, review requests stop sending once you reach your order limit, until you upgrade or the next month begins. Pending requests wait in a backlog that holds as many orders as your plan limit. Anything beyond that backlog is archived, so those requests are not sent automatically. On the $23 plan, in a month with 450 orders, the first 200 are processed, the next 200 wait in the queue and the last 50 are archived.

Extra stores. The pricing FAQ says plans include up to two domains, and each additional domain costs $100 a month, with the first month free.

Loyalty and Repeat are separate subscriptions. The listing shows Loyalty at $299 a month for up to 5,000 orders. On stamped.io, Repeat is shown at $299 a month at the 5,000-order level. The FAQ puts multi-product access from $798 a month.

Sales tax. Stamped says tax may be added to your subscription depending on your billing address.

Legacy plans. The billing guide still uses an older plan in its examples (a Business plan with 1,500 orders), and a merchant review from July 2026 mentions paying $199 for a Professional plan. If your account is a few years old, your plan name and limits may not match today's listing. Check the Account page in your dashboard.

One point in Stamped's favor: its pricing page says monthly subscriptions need no contract and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time. On the day we checked, a banner on that page also advertised 50 percent off until the end of 2026 for new customers who book a call with the team.

Stamped reviews: what merchants say

Stamped holds a 4.7 rating from 3,755 merchant reviews on the Shopify App Store, and 91 percent of them are five stars. Shopify's summary of those reviews highlights easy setup and customization, more photo and video reviews through automated emails, the Klaviyo integration and a support team often described as fast and hands-on.

The recent critical reviews are worth reading before you commit. Two long-time customers, in July and August 2026, report review requests that stopped sending. Stamped replied publicly to the August review, apologized and said it had refunded the merchant. A September 2026 review, on the other hand, praises the support team. Our take: whichever app you choose, look at your sent-requests count every week. A silent queue costs you reviews you cannot get back.

Cheaper alternatives to Stamped

OkendoUp to 50 orders$19, $119, $299 a month$119

At 250 orders Stamped is one of the more expensive options. At 3,000 orders the picture flips: Stamped is $199, Okendo is $299 and Yotpo Pro is $329. Stamped's pricing punishes small stores that have just passed 200 orders and rewards stores in the thousands. Where Reviewz fits

Reviewz is not a replacement for Stamped's widgets. Stamped displays reviews on your product pages. Reviewz works one step earlier: it decides how each customer is asked and where their review goes.

After an order, Reviewz asks every customer for a rating over WhatsApp, SMS and email. Customers who answer 4 or 5 stars are sent to the public site you choose, which can be Trustpilot, Google or Judge.me. Everyone else is offered a private feedback form, so you can fix the problem before it becomes a public review. Stamped's listing names email and SMS requests among its collection methods, and WhatsApp is not on it. For stores whose customers rarely open email, the channel is often the real limit, as our data on the average review submission rate shows.

Reviewz is a Shopify app built by a small team. More than 350 stores use it and it has collected over 300,000 reviews. It is free to start. Starter is $59 a month for up to 250 orders, Growth is $119 and Unlimited is $299, all on the pricing page. If Stamped's emails already bring you the review volume you want, you do not need it. If they do not, the side-by-side is in Reviewz vs Stamped.

Stamped's website also lists $399 for 20,000 orders, $599 for 50,000 orders and $799 for unlimited orders. Loyalty is a separate plan listed at $299 a month for up to 5,000 orders.

Does Stamped have a free plan?

No. Stamped's billing guide states that the free plan has been removed and that a paid plan is required to display reviews in its widgets. The Shopify App Store listing shows prices from $23 a month and mentions no free trial.

What happens when I reach my Stamped order limit?

Review requests stop sending until you upgrade or the next calendar month begins. Pending requests wait in a backlog that can hold as many orders as your plan limit, and requests beyond that backlog are archived. Stamped's billing guide does not describe an overage fee.

Do all Stamped Reviews plans include the same features?

On the Shopify App Store, the three Reviews plans list identical features and differ only by order limit. Stamped's pricing page also shows a single feature list for Reviews, including Q&A, a widget CSS editor, Google product ratings and Google Seller Ratings.

Which orders count toward the Stamped limit?

All of them. According to Stamped's billing guide, every order counts whether or not a review request is sent, exclusions do not reduce the count, and orders from other sales channels that are processed through your store are included. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

Is Stamped worth it?

It depends on your volume. Under 200 orders a month, $23 buys a complete feature set. Between 201 and 400 orders you pay $99 for capacity you do not use, and flat-priced apps are cheaper. From 2,000 to 5,000 orders, $199 is one of the lower prices among the suites we compared.
