These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reviewz (the "Service"), operated by Reviewz Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. By installing the app or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
The Service
Reviewz helps Shopify merchants collect customer reviews over WhatsApp, email, and SMS, route satisfied customers to public review sites, and capture negative feedback privately. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with Shopify's and each connected platform's terms (including Trustpilot and Google).
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send spam or message customers without a lawful basis.
- Do not incentivize, fabricate, gate, or manipulate reviews in violation of platform rules or the FTC.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on a recurring basis according to the pricing shown at checkout. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Reviewz Limited. You retain ownership of your store data and the content you create. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
