What is the Trustpilot review URL format?

There are three: <code>trustpilot.com/review/{domain}</code> (public profile), <code>trustpilot.com/evaluate/{domain}</code> (direct review form), and <code>trustpilot.com/evaluate/{domain}?email=...&name=...&ref=...</code> (personalized invitation). The third format pre-fills the form for verified context.

Do I need a paid Trustpilot plan to use these URLs?

No. All three URL formats are free and work for any business with a Trustpilot profile. Trustpilot's paid Invitation Service uses these same URLs underneath, plus tracking and the Verified badge. You can build similar invitation flows on the free plan, just without the badge.

How do I make these reviews show as "Verified"?

The Verified badge is only awarded to reviews collected via Trustpilot's paid Invitation Service. Reviews collected via the URLs alone are technically organic (no badge).
