Okendo Reviews pricing in 2026 is a free plan for up to 50 orders a month, then Essential at $19 a month (up to 200 orders), Growth at $119 (up to 1,500 orders) and Power at $299 (up to 3,500 orders). Above that, Okendo's own pricing page lists an Advanced plan at $499 a month for up to 10,000 orders and custom pricing beyond 10,000. Those prices were checked on 4 October 2026 on okendo.io and on the Shopify App Store listing. Your order count decides which plan you land on, and several integrations that look standard, Klaviyo included, are add-ons on the lower plans.
Short version: Okendo costs $19 until you pass 200 orders a month, then $119. That $100 step is the number to plan around. Each plan is defined by an order limit: 50, 200, 1,500, 3,500 and 10,000. Annual billing saves 8 to 11 percent. On Okendo's comparison table, Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript are add-ons below Power, and Google Seller Ratings is an add-on on every plan below Enterprise. Add-on prices are not published. Every number below was checked on 4 October 2026.

What is Okendo?
Okendo is a customer marketing platform for Shopify brands. It began as a product reviews app, launched on the Shopify App Store on June 12, 2018, and now sells five connected products: Reviews, Loyalty, Quizzes, Referrals and Surveys. Okendo says more than 18,000 Shopify brands use it. Each product has its own subscription, priced by monthly order volume, and you can buy one or bundle several. This guide focuses on Okendo Reviews, the product most stores start with.
Okendo pricing plans at a glance
| Plan | Monthly price | Annual price | Order limit | Where it is listed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Not applicable | 50 orders a month | Shopify App Store |
| Essential | $19 | $204 a year (11 percent off) | 200 orders a month | App Store and okendo.io |
| Growth | $119 | $1,308 a year (8 percent off) | 1,500 orders a month | App Store and okendo.io |
| Power | $299 | $3,288 a year (8 percent off) | 3,500 orders a month | App Store and okendo.io |
| Advanced | $499 | Not listed | 10,000 orders a month | okendo.io only |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | Custom pricing | More than 10,000 orders | okendo.io, through sales |

Two notes on that table. The App Store calls the $19 plan Essential and okendo.io calls it Essentials; it is the same plan. And the Free plan appears only on the App Store listing: the order selector on okendo.io starts at the 0 to 200 bracket for $19. The three paid plans on the listing each come with a 14-day free trial, and charges are billed in USD every 30 days.
What each Okendo plan includes
Okendo publishes a feature comparison on its pricing page. Here is what it shows for Reviews.
Free: up to 50 orders a month
The listing gives the Free plan automated review request emails, the smart review form, the rewards engine, review displays, Google SEO snippets, review grouping and moderation. It is a real way to test the product on a new store, with a hard stop at 50 orders.
Essential: $19 a month, up to 200 orders
The listing describes Essential as everything in Free with a higher order limit. On Okendo's comparison table, this tier already covers the core of the product: product and site reviews, photo and video reviews, the in-email form, attribute ratings, email sequences, widgets, star ratings, a carousel, a review SEO page, review import, moderation, and AI sentiment analysis and replies. What it does not include: AI review summaries, AI keyword filters, Q&A and an onboarding specialist. Google Shopping, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, media galleries, Gorgias, Zendesk and API access are marked as add-ons.
Growth: $119 a month, up to 1,500 orders
Growth adds AI review summaries, AI keyword filters, the Q&A widget, media galleries, Google Shopping, TikTok Shop and Meta Shops syndication, Gorgias and Zendesk, API access and an onboarding specialist. Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript are still add-ons at this level.
Power: $299 a month, up to 3,500 orders
Power is the first plan where the Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript integrations are included. It also adds targeted review campaigns, custom email templates, advanced report filters and a customer success manager.
Advanced and Enterprise
Advanced, at $499 a month for up to 10,000 orders, adds white-labelled domains, headless support, and Walmart and Bazaarvoice syndication. Enterprise, for stores above 10,000 orders, has custom pricing and is the only plan where Google Seller Ratings and a key account manager are included by default.
The App Store listing and the comparison table do not agree on every line. Onboarding, for example, appears at Growth in one and at Power in the other. Confirm the features you depend on with Okendo before you pay.
What triggers an upgrade
Order 201. This is the big one. Essential covers 200 orders a month for $19, which is 9.5 cents an order. One order more and the plan is Growth at $119, or 59 cents an order until your volume catches up. Over a year the difference is $1,200.
| Monthly orders | Plan | Monthly price | Cost per order |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | Free | $0 | $0 |
| 200 | Essential | $19 | about $0.10 |
| 250 | Growth | $119 | about $0.48 |
| 1,500 | Growth | $119 | about $0.08 |
| 2,000 | Power | $299 | about $0.15 |
| 3,500 | Power | $299 | about $0.09 |
| 5,000 | Advanced | $499 | about $0.10 |
The pattern is clear: Okendo is good value at the top of each bracket and expensive just after you cross into one. A store at 250 orders pays the same $119 as a store at 1,500.
Klaviyo. If your review requests or review data need to flow through Klaviyo, the comparison table includes that integration from Power, at $299 a month. Below that it is an add-on. We compare the ways to send review requests through Klaviyo in our Klaviyo reviews integration guide.
Q&A and AI summaries. Both start on Growth.
Google Shopping. Included from Growth, an add-on on Essential. Google Seller Ratings is a separate line and stays an add-on until Enterprise.
Hidden and usage-based costs
Add-ons have no public price. Okendo's pricing FAQ says some features from higher plans can be bought as add-ons and asks you to book a call with sales. None of the add-on prices appear on the pricing page, so the $19 or $119 on the listing can be lower than your real invoice.
Going over your order limit. The same FAQ gives two options when you pass your plan limit: upgrade, or buy a one-off top-up of order credits. The price of a top-up is not published. Okendo's Enterprise Service Agreement, which applies to contracts signed on an order form, adds that review request emails may be paused until the start of the next month if you exceed the limit, and that unused order allowance rolls over to the following month only.
Annual terms on bundles. Individual products can be bought monthly or annually. The Platform plan and the bundles normally require an annual term.
The other four products are separate subscriptions. On okendo.io, Loyalty costs $99, $299, $699 or $999 a month across the four order brackets. Quizzes costs $19, $119, $299 or $499. Referrals and Surveys each cost $19, $79, $129 or $249. The Okendo Platform plan, which includes all five, is shown at $105, $417, $933 or $1,497 a month, a 40 percent saving on buying them one by one. Three-product bundles are listed at 30 percent off.
A store at 1,000 orders that wants Reviews and Loyalty is therefore looking at $119 plus $299, so $418 a month before any add-on. If you sell subscriptions and are weighing loyalty and reviews together, our guide to reviews for subscription stores covers the trade-offs.
Okendo reviews: what merchants say
Okendo holds a 4.8 rating from 1,427 merchant reviews on the Shopify App Store, and 95 percent of them are five stars. Shopify's summary of those reviews highlights customizable widgets with photos, videos and attributes, Google Shopping sync, the Klaviyo integration and a support team described as fast and hands-on.
The critical reviews are few (31 one-star ratings on the day we checked). Among recent ones, a September 2026 review praises the product and its customization but finds the onboarding rushed. Worth knowing before you sign up: on the comparison table, an onboarding specialist starts on Growth and a customer success manager on Power.
Who each Okendo plan suits
| Your situation | Plan to look at |
|---|---|
| New store under 50 orders a month | Free, to test the review form and widgets |
| 50 to 200 orders, on-site reviews with photos and video | Essential at $19, which is competitive at this size |
| 201 to 500 orders | Growth at $119, but compare flat-priced apps first: you are paying for capacity you do not use yet |
| 800 to 1,500 orders, you want Q&A, AI summaries and Google Shopping | Growth at $119, the best-value point in the grid |
| You run review requests through Klaviyo or SMS tools | Power at $299, or Growth plus an add-on quote |
| You want reviews, loyalty, quizzes and surveys from one vendor | A bundle or the Platform plan, on an annual term |
Cheaper alternatives to Okendo
All prices below come from each app's Shopify App Store listing on 4 October 2026.
| App | Free plan | Paid plans | Price at 500 orders a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Okendo | Up to 50 orders | $19, $119, $299 a month | $119 |
| Judge.me | Forever Free, unlimited reviews | $15 a month | $15 |
| Junip | Free, unlimited orders | $29, $79, $299 a month | $29 to $79, by features |
| Stamped | None listed | $23, $99, $199 a month | $99 |
| Yotpo | Up to 50 orders | Starter from $15, Pro from $119 | $89 on Starter, $169 on Pro |
| Loox | Beginner, up to 500 orders | $49.99 and $299.99 a month | $99.99 on Convert |
The Loox figure is the $49.99 Convert plan, which includes 300 orders, plus one block of 300 extra orders at $50. For a longer look at each option, see our guide to Okendo alternatives for Shopify and our roundup of the best Shopify review apps.
The honest summary: if you need on-site reviews and nothing else, Judge.me at $15 is hard to argue with at any volume. Okendo earns its price when you use what makes it different, which is attribute ratings, polished widgets, and the path to loyalty, quizzes and surveys under one roof.
Where Reviewz fits
Reviewz does not replace Okendo's widgets, and we will not pretend it does. Okendo displays reviews on your product pages. Reviewz is the layer before that: it decides how each customer is asked and where their review goes.
After an order, Reviewz asks every customer for a rating over WhatsApp, SMS and email. Customers who answer 4 or 5 stars are sent to the public site you choose, which can be Trustpilot, Google or Judge.me. Everyone else is offered a private feedback form, so the problem reaches you before it reaches the public. Okendo's listing names email and SMS requests as its collection methods, and WhatsApp is not among them. If your customers ignore email, that gap shows up in your review rate, as our benchmarks on the average review submission rate explain.
Reviewz is a Shopify app built by a small team. More than 350 stores use it and it has collected over 300,000 reviews. It is free to start. Starter is $59 a month for up to 250 orders, Growth is $119 and Unlimited is $299, all on the pricing page. Reviewz is not a budget widget app: what you are buying is reach and routing. The side-by-side is in Reviewz vs Okendo.

Okendo shows your reviews. Reviewz gets more of them, asking every customer over WhatsApp, SMS and email.

What happens when I reach my Okendo order limit?
Okendo's pricing FAQ gives two options: upgrade to the next plan, or buy a one-off top-up of order credits. The price of a top-up is not published. Okendo's service agreement says review request emails may be paused until the next month if the limit is exceeded.
Is Klaviyo included in Okendo?
On Okendo's plan comparison table, the Klaviyo integration is included from the Power plan at $299 a month and marked as an add-on on Essential and Growth. Add-on prices are not published, so ask sales for the figure.
Is Okendo billed monthly or annually?

Is Okendo worth it?
It depends on where you sit in a bracket. At 200 orders Essential costs $19 and is good value. At 250 orders you pay $119 for capacity up to 1,500 orders. Okendo is worth it for brands that use its attribute ratings, widgets and connected loyalty, quiz and survey products. For plain on-site reviews, cheaper apps do the job.
