Facebook's review system is the least understood of the big platforms. Since 2018 it runs on recommendations: a customer says whether they recommend your business, writes their experience, and Facebook blends those with legacy star reviews into the rating shown on your page. The URL structure survived the change: facebook.com/yourpage/reviews still opens the tab where recommendations happen, and that is exactly what this generator builds, including the profile.php?id= variant for pages without a username.
Before you share it: two checks
- The Reviews tab must be on. Page Settings, Templates and tabs, Reviews toggle. A disabled tab shows visitors an empty page, and it is the number one reason "my Facebook review link does not work".
- Claim a username if you can. facebook.com/yourbrand/reviews is shorter, more trustworthy in an email, and easier to print than the numeric form.

What is a Facebook review link?
It is the URL that opens your page's Reviews section directly, https://www.facebook.com/yourpage/reviews, so a customer lands where they can leave a recommendation instead of on your timeline. This generator builds it from your page name or URL, including the profile.php?id= form for pages without a username.
Why does Facebook say recommendations instead of reviews?
In 2018 Facebook replaced star ratings with binary recommendations: customers answer whether they recommend the business, then write their experience. The page still shows an aggregate rating computed from recommendations plus historical star reviews, and everyone still calls them reviews, the /reviews URL itself never changed.
Why is my Facebook Reviews tab not showing?
The tab must be enabled: on your page, go to Settings, then Templates and tabs (or Privacy, then Page and tagging on the new pages experience), and switch Reviews on. If the link shows an empty page to visitors, the tab is off, no generator can link to a tab that is disabled.
Are Facebook reviews worth collecting for a Shopify store?
They matter most where your customers already are: if your traffic and community live on Facebook and Instagram, recommendations feed the trust layer people check before messaging or buying. For search visibility, Google reviews and Trustpilot carry more weight, which is why the strongest setups route customers to two or three platforms rather than betting on one.
Can I ask customers for Facebook recommendations?
