I started in ecommerce on the merchant side, then spent four years building tools for Shopify brands. Running Kanal, a WhatsApp marketing platform for Shopify, put me inside the post-purchase flows of hundreds of stores, and one pattern kept repeating: stores with happy customers and terrible public ratings, simply because nobody asked the happy ones and only the angry ones showed up.

Reviewz.ai is the product answer to that pattern: it asks every customer over WhatsApp, SMS and email, routes satisfied buyers to Trustpilot or Google, and catches negative feedback privately before it becomes a public 1-star. The blog and free tools on this site are the editorial answer, the playbooks I wish those 500+ stores had found before things went wrong.

How this site works

• Everything is sourced. Claims link to primary sources: FTC rules, Trustpilot's transparency reports, platform documentation, academic research on fake-review detection.
• Screenshots are real. Product pages, competitor apps and platforms are captured live, not mocked up.
• Comparisons credit the competition. Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo and the rest are good products; the comparisons say what each does well before saying where Reviewz fits.
• Dates are honest. Articles show their last update, and stats carry the year they were measured.
