Information we collect
- Account data, your name, email, store URL, and billing details when you install or subscribe.
- Shopify store data, orders, customer names, email addresses and phone numbers, accessed through Shopify's API solely to send review invitations on your behalf.
- Review & campaign data, the reviews, ratings, and feedback collected through your campaigns.
- Usage data, log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- send review invitations and reminders over WhatsApp, email, and SMS on your behalf;
- route satisfied customers to public review sites and unhappy ones to a private form;
- process payments and prevent fraud;
- provide support and send service-related communications.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with sub-processors who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, payment, and messaging providers), with review platforms you connect (such as Trustpilot or Google), and where required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
